You may qualify for a buy-to-let mortgage if you:


  1.  Are applying for a mortgage on a property valued above £50,000
  2.  You're willing and able to charge rent at or above your chosen lenders rental stress testing calculation (usually 120%) 
  3. You have a deposit available of at least 20% of the property value
