If you have forgotten your passcode to access the Dashly mobile app, tap on ‘Forgot passcode?’ on the login page of the app and you will be prompted to login again with your username and password, once logged in you can set a new passcode.


Please note, your passcode is stored only on your mobile device and we can not reset or change it for you. If you are having forgot your password you can reset that by clicking `Forgot password?` on the web app login page
